5K TAC website and customer support

Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 12, 2026

This policy explains how Armor Fati Holdings LTD Co, doing business as 5K TAC, handles information from this website and its customer-service text conversations.

Scope and contact

This policy covers the 5ktac.com marketing website and 5K TAC customer-service messaging. Separate product policies may apply when you use a Mates application, an app account, or Building Memory™ services. Contact us with privacy questions at support@5ktac.com.

Information we receive

When you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, mobile phone number, message content, and information you choose to provide about an inquiry or support issue. For text conversations, message records may include the sending and receiving numbers, timestamps, delivery information, consent records, and opt-out requests.

Our website hosting and content providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested pages, and request timestamps to deliver and secure the website. The website loads fonts and icons from external providers, which may receive technical request information when those resources load.

On our texting-consent page, the mobile number you enter is used in your browser to prepare a text draft that identifies the number and your consent. The page does not submit that entry to a website server. If you choose to send the draft, the number and consent statement become part of the message we receive through the SMS service.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, provide requested assistance, maintain conversation context, honor consent and opt-out choices, troubleshoot service issues, protect our services, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Please avoid including passwords, payment details, patient information, or confidential building-security information in a general support text.

Mobile information and consent

5K TAC does not sell or disclose customers' mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in and consent information to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional use. Consent belongs to the identified sender and the subject for which the customer provided it. We do not transfer SMS consent to another business or use a customer-service conversation as enrollment in unrelated marketing.

Service providers, including Twilio for our business SMS program, may process the information needed to deliver messages, operate customer support, secure services, and honor opt-out requests. This operational processing does not authorize providers to use mobile numbers or SMS consent for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law or as necessary to protect rights and service security.

Customer-service text messages

The 5K TAC business SMS program is for customers who initiate conversations about the Mates applications, Building Memory™, onboarding, or support. Replies relate to the customer's inquiry. Message frequency varies by conversation. Message and data rates may apply. This program does not send bulk marketing or recurring appointment alerts.

A customer-initiated text permits replies to that inquiry; it is not consent to ongoing unrelated messages. Reply STOP to opt out of the business SMS program. Reply HELP for assistance or email support@5ktac.com. See the 5K TAC SMS Terms for additional program details.

Retention and privacy requests

We retain information as needed to address inquiries, operate and secure services, document consent and opt-outs, and satisfy applicable legal obligations. To ask about your information or request access, correction, or deletion, email our support address. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or honor an opt-out.

Changes

We may update this policy as the website or messaging program changes. The effective date on this page identifies the current version. Material changes to the subject of text messages require appropriate consent; a policy update alone does not create new SMS consent.
